    This Week's Christmas Event Round-Up 12/9-12/15/13

Christmas is getting closer! Have you decorated your tree yet? We sure haven't. I guess we need to get on that pretty quickly, right?  Last week we went to the Holiday Open House at Old Alabama Town and (even though it was rainy) we really enjoyed ourselves. The kids made candles, Christmas cards and ornaments and we sampled lots of Christmas goodies. We will definitely go back next year. We also had a blast at the Christmas Festival on Saturday at Eastmont Baptist Church.

My top picks for this week are Prattville's Christmas Parade, Christmas on the Coosa and the Live Nativity at Baptist East. My plan is to stop in at Bass Pro while we are there for the parade to get pictures with Santa. Gotta make good use of that gasoline. ;)
