Prattville- July 4th Fun

Looks like Prattville knows how to have a good time. Start your day with a parade at 9 am. Bring your family and lawn chairs. Set up early for a good spot along the parade route. The 1 mile long parade runs through downtown and ends at Pratt Park. Then watch the Carboard Boat Races at 10 am. FREE

After the parade, join the fun at Pratt Park for the annual Lion's Club BBQ and camp stew sale. There will be music, patriotic program, a children's fun area and arts and crafts. Admission is FREE.

While you're there don't forget to "Check-In" and vote for Pratt Park to win $100,000 from Coca-cola. (If you don't know what I am talking about, head over the the Prattville Facebook page and they will be glad to help you out.)

Get ready for a lot of “oohs and “aahs” as the spectacular fireworks display begins at dark at Stanley-Jensen Stadium. Come early and get a great seat or bring your own lawn chair. No pets, alcoholic beverages or glass containers allowed. Gates open at 6:00 pm. Enjoy food and beverage vendors and a live patriotic program by the Prattville Pops and the Community Chorus. Admission is FREE.
